How it works

For End Users - How to use All-in-One:

  • Start the cobago All-in-One App
  • Log in with user name, password and group identification.
  • Now all enterprise data and processes processed by your group are available for you. Your are ready to act, whenever you want and wherever you are.

For IT responsible persons -
How to deploy All-in-One and applets from the application store to members of your organisation:

  • Download the cobago All-in-One mobility server from the web and install it behind your firewall on a virtual machine. You will get the download URL and credentials upon mail request.
  • Install all applets needed for your use case on a web application server of your choice (such as apache, websphere, IIS, tomcat etc.) Make this server known and accessible to the mobility server.
    • Choose your favorite applets from the application store. After completion of the ordering procedure, you will receive the necessary access codes by email.
    • Create your own applets. Use PHP, Java or .NET, for example.
    • Or ask us: We recommend partners close to you that are trained and qualified to assist you with applet development or do it for you.
  • Customize the mobility server and user groups (,or use LDAP soon).
  • Activate the required applets for each group.

Now your users can use enterprise processes and data on mobile - according to your policies and as far as defined and granted by you.
