The Mobile Enterprise Application Platform

The cobago All-in-One Mobility Server, a virtual machine on one of your server systems, protected and behind a firewall, implements the central functions of every cobago solution:

• The Connectivity SDK includes an open documented interface for mobile access to your enterprise software, instructive usage examples, a collection of icons and applet sockets for the seamless integration of applets.
• The GUI Designer for your own individual user interface will soon complete the Softwware Development Kit.
• The Security Functions include a 3-Component Login, Bruteforce Attack Filter, SSL/https, Intrusion Prevention by means of a separate Presentation Manager as well as the option of an individual mobile subnet with your own APN. Data is prepared and presented "on demand" through the server. Confidential information is at no time permanently stored on mobile devices.
• The Identity Management supports an autonomous, mobile user ecosystem and enables direct as well as transitive access to enterprise data. Connects to LDAP or Active Directory are provided on request.
• By means of the App Control Center, closed user groups are centrally defined, their individual choice of functions is orchestrated, the applets are linked, the users are activated/deactivated and the licenses are managed.
• The Multi Device Function supports and separately handles a broad multiplicity of mobile devices and operating systems, e.g. iPhone/iPad or iPod with iOS, Tablets and Smartphones with Android, BlackBerry or Symbian operating systems and the leading browsers using Windows, Linux or Mac OS.
