The applets of the unified communication and collaboration category support the mobile worker in his interaction with his back office and his collegues also being on the go. The applets are part of the All-in-One Pro Package and can be easily combined with all other applets in the Application Store.

Agenda

Master your "activity stream" while on mobile. Manage your activity stream tasks, calls, links, deadlines or notes. Directly integrate backend applications.

CallManager

Keep an overview on intended phone calls. Delegate calls. Inform your colleague or boss on incoming messages. Initiate presence dependant callback requests.

Chat

This is your secure instant messenger for the intranet. All messages are handled within a black box and cannot even be inspected by your systems administrator.

Infoboard

Keep informed by others and also post your own messages to all members of your group. Posts automatically disappear after a predefined time period.

BizTweet

This is your corporate microblog. Post short messages into the timeline and adress selected group members. Stay in full control over your list of your followers.

Roadmap

Keep an overview of the group´s and your very own targets, deadlines, todos and/or key performance indicators while on mobile.

Finder

Identify and immediately see the presence of group members with specific properties or skills. By fuzzy search you get a target list with matching probabilities.

Direct Call

Call your group secretary, voicebox or group manager by the push of just one button. The actual call routing is centrally administered by the group manager.

Favorites

This is the list of your favorite group members and their actual presence status. Only members of this list are adressed by your posts in the BizTweet.

Group Directory

This is a list of all members of your closed user group including the presence status and details such as status text and the "reach me here" phone number.

Status

Communicate your personal status information to group members. You may post a status text with time stamp, a color code and your current phone number. 

Profile

Define your different phone numbers depending on your presence status, your password and group confidential properties. Upload your photo or icon.
